Default Find Contact Option

Please Login to Remove!

Ok, i compose an email... i can Lookup a contact when i put in their first name or whatever, and then i guess it connects to my BES and grabs the company database...

Then that "Lookup contact___ matches" will show up in my address book. Then i have to delete it.

Anyway for it to NOT show up in my address book? I just want to search for a contact and email them.

Default manipulating lookup results

Hi,

Not really an answer but the lookup items in brackets [ ] that show up in your address list is only temporary. It eventually gets deleted automatically after certain period, maybe few hours. I'm looking for the exact opposite. I have some users that constantly perform lookups and complains that their lookups disappears. I'm looking for a way to keep the lookup remain in the address list in brackets.

Hi Fred - I don't know of a way you can keep the name in brackets, but you can just add them to your address book so you don't have to do the Lookup at all. Once you find the Lookup name, highlight it, click the wheel, and click Add.
