My Blackberry is hooked up to my office Outlook which means I regularly get 300+ emails a day forwarded from my desktop. My problem now is that I have to spend time every day trying to sort between my email messages and my SMS/PIN messages which don't show up on my office Outlook.

Is there a way to set up a separate folder so that all SMS and PIN messages are automatically forwarded to a separate folder in my Blackberry away from my regular emails? This way, at the end of each day at the office, I can bulk delete all of my emails from my Blackberry because I have worked on them via my desktop. But I won't accidentally delete any SMS/PIN messages because they do not show up on my desktop.

Check out my tips doc on how to set up search filters. That is all you can do other than install the Zen theme that separates out SMS messages. Also covered in the doc. I am not sure that PIN can go anywhere else so you will have to filter for email only and then delete from there.
