Default Welcome.....Me!

Hi ya'll! I just got my Cingular 8700c Blackberry and so far I love it. *Finally* got the unlimited Blackberry plan added to my account and so far it's pretty groovy. Only using my gmail address on it so far, and it's been fairly seemless so far.

Question though - what kind of "holster" should I use? This stock one makes me nervous (can't get insurance from Lockline through Cingular) - I keep checking it to see if it's fallen out yet. Any recomendations?

Welcome. There are so many threads about cases and others and are too amny to refer to. You have the option of the blackberry leather case, Forte Case, Gizmo case, Sedio holster and etc. Look through and also look at lgreenberg's site for reviews at this link

Also T Mobile has one in there stores for the Blackberry and it is T Mobile branded. It also has the sleeper magnets and will try to upload some pictures later.

Default Tmobile? Funny...

I'll have to check out the Tmobile holster - I'm a Cingular employee so it would be a lot of fun in the office if/when someone noticed the Tmobile branding

Hey...just got my 8700c last Thursday! Having some issues...I just want to be able to back up my data so that I don't lose any important info. I've already installed the software on the laptop but when trying to activate it it keeps directing me to configure an email address with Outlook. I'm trying to do so, but I don't have the POP3 info for gmail in order to do it. I'd love to have it configure with Outlook that would be perfect this way I know everything is being backed up from Calender to Contacts and even Memos. Can anyone help?

I may just have to reinstall because I don't remember installing the redirector.
