I would like to thank Salo at Fortte for being so helpful and understanding. Since I work in a noisy outdoor environment none of the cases they made seems to fit my usage. I contacted Salo and told him my dilemma and this is the solution we can up with. Since I liked the vertical case and the hole cut for the speaker I figured this would be the best for Being able to hear the ringer. But, since I was climbing up and down all day and over and under, especially after the recent problems with some guys cases getting loose and the BB falling out, I wanted a strap on the top to hold my BB securely. I also wanted the heavy duty belt clip. Well 3 weeks later and a few emails and calls back and forth my case came in today and I m more than pleased. Dont hesitate to deal with Fortte for solutions dealing with your BB. Great guys, Thanks again.

I'm continually amazed as well. Lately companies seem to be at an all time low with customer service. You send an email because there's no phone number and you pray someone gets back to you. Which most of the time takes days or weeks if it even happens at all. So it's unbelievable to see a company truly work so hard to meet a clients needs. Sadly this is far from the norm.

That's a great idea. I think Fortte should add this design to their family of cases. Great pouch style with a no speaker muffling and a little added security - kudos, Fortte.

Seriously though- their customer service is second-to-none... may as well join in on the back patting. Glad you got what you wanted and it's working well.

Fortte is awesome! It's amazing that I can get a custom case from them so quickly where Vaja takes soooo long. I know they're outside the US but Fortte's turn-around time is much quicker.

They are very helpful. I am still waiting on a case I ordered that has been customized with a screen protector built in and personalized. I can't wait to get it.

Well - being a gecko and all, I'm guessing you end up inverted pretty frequently.

The clip is very slim and would be great for a pocket. It fits my belt well.

There is a sleeper magnet and it works fine.

I believe the total with shipping was around $45. Very good price indeed.

I just ordered a Fortte open-face case and asked them to add a clear plastic sheet (thus the screen protector) to cover the opening for the screen.

However, it looks like I have to wait for 2-3 weeks for that but I think it's okay...

I also just received my case from Fortte as well and would like to thank Salo for the excellent guidance and assistance. This case is topnotch and much nice then i could have ever expected. Here are come pictures of it (Neubuck Brown Suede fron back leather)
