today i got this email message:

Please do not reply to this email it will be Automatically deleted.
should i just exchange the unit for a new one?

is there any way to tell if the new one will work or not?

thanks

I am in the same situation right now. They currently do not have the unlock code for my unit. Accordoing to them they have submitted the request to RIM and are now just waiting for their response.
