Default 2 Types of Resets

Please Login to Remove!

I know one reset of the 8700 is turning off and taking the battery out for a little while.

Now I read somewhere that there is another reset...hitting a certain sequence of keys...

What are they (I forget where I found them) and what is the difference in these two resets and when you would use them?

Thanks for your help.
Eric

Thank you. Then I just read, never read when I found that set of keys...so the answer is they are exactly alike... right

Hot Re-boot (ALT+CAP+DEL)
Cold Re-Boot (battrey out, wait 15 - 30 secs, battery in)
But if you time it just right, Hot Re-boot twice will be the eaqual of Cold Re-Boot, but I have a real problem in timing

Hope this helps.
