Default email setup

I setup all my email accounts for my phone.

[email address]

When you go into the email account on the handheld and click options, then email reconciliation, what do you choose for Message Services. It only allows one choice for all the above accounts

The previous 3 options are available, plus web client. When I choose web client, no new emails appear. When I use the tmo.blackberry.net, i get duplicate messages in the accounts.

I logged into each account and I do not have forwarding turned on, only make available through POP. Why the duplicate emails? What am I doing wrong with my email setup.
