Use the utility found in my signature, JLC_Mder, it was put together by one of our moderators.

Then of course there is BBscreen, discussed here. The link to download is in the first post. It's a very simply utility that works well.
Truth is, I couldn't get JLC_Mder or BBScreen to work at first, but solved it for the latter with assistance and a simplified .bat file as you can see further down the thread.
