Please Login to Remove!

I hope someone can help. I was currently on our BES. I have since purchsed a 7130e. Now when my admin sends me a password for activation after about 15mins I get an error mesage saying server is not responding.

Any ideas?

"I was currently" on a BES? What does that mean exactly?

Have you asked your admin for assistance? A security wipe before starting the activation might help.

Make sure the new 7130e has a 1X-EV signal and that when you start the activation you get an email into your inbox in Outlook and it's not filtered as spam/junk or to a sub folder.

I had the same problem with a 7130e we purchased for oncall support in my department. Turns out it had to go back to Verizon. It would not activate. My personal 7130e has been flawless. We received the replacement and it too, activated both quickly and painlessly.

Try getting it replaced.
