Question 7100v browser setting needed

Hi,
I have bought a Vodafone 7100v here in Toronto but I have a problem using my browser. I get a message says “your device does not currently have any browser configuration book entries, please contact your service provider to enable the browser on your device”. So I did call my provider “Fido” but they told me that I have to contact blackberry and get the browser settings to resolve this issue. I would really appreciate it if someone could help me with this problem.

I don't believe Fido supports the BB...
The browser service book is pushed down by the provider.
