BB newbie.. l've had the sidekick and moto a630 .. both great phones, but this is looking like a major upgrade for me.

can't wait.. but if it can't do a few things it may go back.

I need to play with it.. may decide to keep regardless.

* I've heard you can teather as laptop modem .. still possible? .. any chance that will be closed off at a later date? I heard t-mo does not support it.

* chat rooms? I understand It can do many types of IMs, but can it it do ICQ an d yahoo chat rooms?

* mutiple emails.. will the unit respond from each account or from the phones?

* securing the unit from prying eyes. Can it be locked? Can I pw access to email, or can anybody that picks it up read my mail?

Thanks in advance for any info or help!
