I am fairly new....I bought a 7290 off eBay this week. After I got it, I got it unlocked and updated the OS. I have an issue though. When I turn it off, I can't get it to turn back on without removing the battery for a couple seconds first. This was not the case when I got it, and even after the OS update. I did install a theme......would that have anything to do with it?

Themes have been know to cause their share of problems. I would remove it and see if that clears the issue. Then again, this may be why it was sold on eBay.

maybe I will change the theme then. It was working perfect before then. Thanks anyway.

I had two recently-purchased 7290s that developed the same problem - they have been exchanged under warranty. We do not (cannot) use themes...

My 790 is working well now. I put the themes back on and it's been working great all day. Maybe it was just a glitch?! Anyway, thanks for the help.
