| | 8700f (Orange - Mobistar) Belgium not working with BES 3.6.7

We have bought a 8700f from Mobistar (Belgium), activated the Blackberry service on the sim card and try to use the Desktop Manager 22.214.171.124 with USB cable to the blackberry.... and sync it via MS Outlook 2003 with the BES server (3.6.7) in Italy. (Activation "on air" is not possible they told me)
But for some reason it does not seem to work, the BB does receive emails that are sent to the Outlook email box, and we can also sent emails from the BB but they do not arrive at the destinee, but the message is marked as sent on the blackberry, when we usb the bb to the pc and activate redirector it sends of the messages, which is not the intention of course, it should anyhow sent the messages.
I already reinstalled the desktop software 3 times to make sure I have choosen the correct options (BES server, etc ...) but still is not doing what he should do, also did a clean wipe on the blackberry, got out the battery etc etc etc ...
Does somebody have any idea what the problem could be?
Maybe client 4.1 does not function with BES server 3.6.7 or 8700f does not function with BES 3.6.7
It's also so that every time a message is sent a RIM message appears in Outlook but also on the BB. When receiving email the same is happening.
I am out of idea's ...
