Default SIM Card swap to Razr, then tether?

I am now swapping SIM cards from my BB8700c to a Razr for weekend use.

Is there any reason why I wouldn't be able to tether using the Razr, either with a cable or even using Bluetooth?

How does Cingular look at data usage on non-blackberry hardware?

are you paying the tether charge now on top of your BB data plan?

RAZR doesn't have EDGE.

If do not already own a RAZR, may I suggest bluetooth tethering with a V635 which has class 10 EDGE.
