My wife has a new Moto Razor phone and it appears to have the same wall charger. Can anyone confirm that I would be able to charge my blackberry 7130e from her wall charger (it would make 1 less charging cord plugged in at home)

I have a 7130e and a SLVR phone. However, my BB charger won't charge my SLVR. So, I'm not sure if the reverse will work. Not too sure if that helps you or not.

Just wanted to make sure I wouldn't fry anything. It does seem to accept the plug and reads that it is charging but don't want to do it again if it will damage the BB

when i was on the road - i needed a travel charger... Ended up buying the moto razor charger and it has worked perfectly fine.

check the output voltage AND amps. If this is the same as your orginal charger and the client connection is USB B then you are good. If not, I do not recommend using it. It may work for a while but you may at best shorten your battery life and at worst do something like swell the battery or reverse polarity.

Then, if they are both standard USB B tips, you should not have a problem. As long as the converter manufacturer is reputable, changing 125 wall voltage to 5V .5A should always be Apples to Apples. You can run into problems using sub-standard gear, but RIM and Motorola are both good companies and usually use reliable contractors for their equipment.

I don't think they are the same. I looked at the Igo adapters for both items and they list a differant tip for the two. So my guess is they are differant in some way.

I used the razor car charger on my blackberry 7100g today and it worked perfectly.
