Marked the board for my own questions...

Hello all, first post, new 8700c user and new to BlackBerry.

1. -- I currently have a 5 "new messages" icon on my phone. And I can't find the messages! I have looked up and down! Where the heck are they?

2. -- We use a BES at work. How long till the email get's removed. I have 30 messages in my inbox 50 on my BlackBerry.

thanks for any help you all can provide.

There is a little icon that looks like an envelope. You're messages should be there.
