Exclamation UMM REALLY SCREWED UP MY 8700g

so i was having a problem with OZ IM and other IM applications so i decided id try to hard reset the phone to get everything to be erased off the phone, well all the IM programs were still on there after that so i did it again and then the desktop software thing starts randomly loading some idk what and now i do not have alot of programs including t-zones and internet browser. SOMEONE PLEASE HEEEELLLLLPPPP!!!!!!!!!!!

Log on to TMobile's web site and re-send your service books. You log onto TMobile, then click Communication Tools, then click Blackberry Email services, and the option to resend service books should be somewhere on that page.

Resend yourself the service books, from your BIS or from your options, advanced options, host routing table, klick wheel and choose register.

what should i do after that should they automatically work or what?

After the service books are sent, you should have the icons for your browser and email appear on your device.

i still dont have my web browser or t zones. but i logged onto webmessenger and now i get texts saying the things that im talking about to my buddies

ok i got everything back but now i get sent text messages saying the same thing that the person talking to me through AIM is saying to me
