Ok, so I called T-Mobile about the trackwheel issue, they are mailing me a replacement. But I have a few questions.
When I get the new device, can I use the backup utility to backup my old one, and then just load that file onto the new BB?
Also, looking around somewhere, I saw like fields to switch the PIN and IMEI numbers. Will I need to do this to get my device work? Will I have the same PIN?
Also, how how HOW do I wipeout the old BB before I mail it back? I see people saying "Do a USB wipe", but HOW do I do this?
Thanks in advance!

Yes back up the old device then restore that file to the new BB.
Yes you will have a new PIN with the new device and will need to update the BIS to work with the new device.
I personally would wipe the unit clean before sending it back to TMO
right that is what i was looking at... now on the NEW handheld when I go to that, do I put in my OLD PIN or IMEI? Or on my old handlehd, do I put in the new IMEI from the handheld I am getting in the mail?
I'm no expert on the new BIS (which Rogers doesn't have ) but this sounds right. As a principle, everything now is your new PIN. The old PIN was associated with your old handset, i.e. may she R.I.P.

Oh one more thing, you will need to log in to the TMO BIS before it will allow you the change heanheld option. TMO login is your phone number and your TMO password.
