Default Not getting domain email on my BB7100t? Sending? 2 accts? Help?

Please Login to Remove!

(I am using TMobile w/ the BlackBerry Unlimited Plan)

3 Questions...

1) So I have set up my tmo.blackberry.net acct on the site, and it ok, although I don't want to use it.
I set up an address on my domain name to use w/ my bb, then went through the TMo site and set it up, which was successful. However, when I send mail to that acct, I never actually get it on my BB. I can sent one to my tmo acct and cc the one I set up, and the only one I get is the tmo addy... Any idea why this is?

2) Also... A somewhat related question...
(this is assuming I can get the domain mail to work)
I have a main address at my domain that I use for everything, and so I have to have outlook (2007) get it. I'd also like it to go to the 7100t in case I'm not home. Being a tech, I already know the in's and out's of setting the acct in Outlook to leave a copy on the server, so even though it pulls mail every 1 minute, leaving a copy for the BB to pull isn't an issue. Altought, I don't know if I can set the BB to leave a copy for Outlook to get, so that is my worry. Is it possible for email from said acct to be used on the BB, but a copy of the email to be left on the server for outlook?

3) Can I change the default address the BB sends from? It always sends from the TMo addy, but I want emails sent from it to come from my domain addy...

Thanks a ton!

1) If your not leaving email on the server in your Outlook this is most likely why your not getting email If you are sign into the T-Mobile site and check the settings for your domain account - make sure it's set up properly

2) BIS 2.0 automatically leaves a copy on the srver - T-Mobile is 2.0 so your safe there (1.8 does too by default but you can change this setting - 2.0 you can't)

3) go to messages services (tools->settings) and change the option your domaino addy

(p.s. you don't need a T-Mobile account - unless your forwarding email too it)

Awesome... All of that helps, except, for the first one, the one I'm not recieving on now is only set up on the BB, not in outlook, so it isn't being pulled down anywhere else. It just isnt showing up on the bb.. :(

doublecheck how the account's added - do you check the account on a website? or another computer possibly? or a diff. mail client then Outlook?
