I've had my phone for nearly a year and for the last couple of days, it's refusing to turn off the phone mode. I do this during the day to save battery since I work in a building that blocks cell phone connection. I'm a Tmobile user. Any suggestions?

Have you tried a hard reset (removing the battery)?
