Default Desktop Manager will not finish - says "working"

I am using the latest version of the Desktop Manager and the other day it started to just "hang" after it synchs. It finishes up and I get the alert noise but it still says "working" and shows green blinking light in the Windows desktop never "finishes" up....I have to close the Desktop Manager to have the BB 8700g screen go back to it's regular non-connected state. I have tried to reinstall the Desktop Manager but it still does this....

Any ideas?

I would try uninstalling the desktop manager, restarting the computer, then going into C:\program files and delete the folder that it's in. Then just re-download a fresh version, and install again. Then restart. Hopfeully that'd do it. I had some similar issues before.

While it's in the "Working" State, pull the battery from the BB (keep it connected to the USB cable) and then put the battery back in. Let it boot up. Should work.
