I've looked at the other posts about this issue but still can't really see where I can alter this?

are you on a BES or a BIS?

w/ BIS folders won't affect the handheld since it polls from the server
w/ BES you'll need to enable folder redirection in order to get the email to the handheld (so that it doesn't just poll the inbox)

hope this helps

We have a BES server here is this a feature which needs to be done from the server console or the users desktop?
