Default How do I delete an email account?

Please Login to Remove!

First disclaimer, I searched and searched.... "delete email account" "remove email" "remove email account" etc.... and found nothing.

Through the BB 7100t I added an personal email account... the problem is that so much spam comes to that account that my BB is buzzing every 10 minutes with new mail, and it's too hard to decipher the real mail from my work mail... scrolling through "xxxxxx", "calis", and "hot licking babes" to get to my work email.

So how do I get this account removed from the bberry.... don't see anything in the settings menu to delete an email account.

Log into your BIS and delete it from there.

don't login to the BIS via the "email options" icon on the phone, on a pc go to the BIS webpage of your provider, from there you can delete an email account

I searched the site here for about 10 minutes, and then went to tmobile for about 5. I remember reading that they disabled some service a few months ago allowing you to access the info via the computer.

For tmobile, what is the url to go to to adjust these settings and delete an email account?

go to http://my.t-mobile.com

Log in with your phone number and password
Make sure you have the right phone selected in the profile on top.
Click on "Support for <your BlackBerry>"

Select "Setup BlackBerry Internet E-Mail"

You should have an option there to delete an account.

if you go to my.t-mobile.com, log in to your account, you should see your blackberry at the top, if not make sure it's selected. Click on "Communication tools", on the following page under the email section click on learn more, this will take you to another page that says "set up blackberry internet email" this will redirect you to the page where you can add, set up, configure, delete, etc. email accounts. From here you just click on the trashcan and your account is gone! =)
