Default How do I delete all my contacts?

Please Login to Remove!

I want to give my old BB 7230 to someone else. I have 2,000 contacts that I want to delete. How do I delete everything on the unit. I took the battery out for 5 days, and it did not work.
Thanks

Depending on which version of the Operating System you have, try one of these:

1) Options / Security. Click the wheel and select Wipe Handheld
That should wipe out all customer data

2) Options / Security. Set a password. Enter it incorrectly 10 times (follow the prompts). After the 10th incorrect attempt, all programs and data will be wiped off.

Hope that helps.
