I've just received a 7290 from my new company.

It's only used for e-mails and to manage my calendar (so far).

One problem though. About every second minute it locks up for about 10 seconds, with the message "Getting information" (translated from danish).

Hope someone can help.

I have seen this on devices before when someting has gotten messed up on the mailbox and the folders BB uses. My fix was to run dbclean on the mailbox. You may want to get your BB administrator to do that because, they should remove you from the BB server and then run DBclean. You can find the utility on this forum or search blackberry.com, I believe.
