Please Help me my 7100t will no longer charge or conect to my computer t-mobile wont help me does any one know what i can do ???

How new is your unit? I'm not 100 percent sure on RIM warranty but most major electronic manufacturers have a 1 year warranty on their products. So if your service provider won't help, I would check into RIMs warranty policy

Will it only not charge when connected to the USB cable? Does it charge when you connect it to the AC adapter? If it only doesn't connect to your computer but it does charge when plugged in the wall, it might be the computer not recognizing when something is plugged into the USB port.

Yeah, I found out the hard way, if you don't have the desktop software loaded on your PC the PC won't recognise the device and will not charge it. But if it works when you use AC and not when plugged into your PC just load the desktop software

but it wont none of them it will work for a few sec. and then stop

have you asked T-Mobile if they will replace it? it should have a 1 yr warrenty.

sounds like your mini usb port on your bb might be busted, the same thing happened to me and someone else i know and i had to take it to my service providers main store and they gave me a new one.
