I have received about 20 SMS/TXT Messages that look like "=? shift-jis? B? bWFrbw = =? =|=?iso-2022-jp?B?GyRCJVAlRCUkJUEbKEI=?=|$B!!!(,!D!E!E!D(,!D!E! E!D(,!D!E!E!D(,!D!E!D(, (B $B!!!""!! (B20 $BBe%P" Does anyone know who to interpret this and if so what does it say. Also does anyone know how to block them? I hope Nextel doesn't charge me for them...

I dont think those are spam. Sounds more like a glitch in the handheld system. Try a hard reset and see if that helps.
