Default 7100t Modem for Laptop?

Please Login to Remove!

I have a question about using my 7100t as a modem for my laptop. Now when i read the instructions on how to do that it said that i need to get the BB destop manager and handheld. How would i do that if there is no internet on the laptop to begin with. Do I have to burn the software on a CD and install it on the laptop? I already tried searching for to see if somone had the sampe problem, but no one did.

Is the 7100t even capable of being used as a modem?

Read this thread - some models of the 71xx are Internet capable.

[User] HOWTO: Use BlackBerry As Modem For Laptop!

Yes, if your laptop does not have Desktop Manager on it, you will need to download it to another PC, cut a CD and install it.

Yes, it works fine if you not in any kind of a hurry.

Remember, please try searching first!

Need a screenshot? ... Like JavaLoader?
Try using BBscreen .....Use JL_Cmder!
or BBScreenShooter!
