Unhappy Unable to send email From 7100V

Please Login to Remove!

Hi All,
Since more then 6 moth, one of our users here, are unable sending email through his BB 7100V connected to VODAFONE/SFR France.
We try to call SFR at least 10 times, and they never get the solution for him.

We re install the device many times and we have the same behaviour.
Error Message says: “Messages Blocked" while trying to send email.
We have a BES Server with latest service Pack.

Device can sync normally with the enterprise Calendar / Address Book.
Devices can Receive PIN Message.

I appreciate if you can help me.

messages blocked...hmm
if you look under tools ->settings -> service books do any of them have an icon of a circle w/ a line through it? it sounds like there's an IT policy in place blocking the email (perhaps they're trying to use BIS and it's not allowed due to the policy)
