Default 7290 Email Icon Crossed out

Please Login to Remove!

I just recieved a 7290 from one of our employees and over the weekend he said his email stopped working. so I checked the BES1 (the server he is on) and sure enough it showed it hadn't talked to the server in a few days. So naturally i re-run the EA on it, it grabs his email and such. But now his email Icon has a cross going through it. it's still sending and recieving emails just fine. Has anyone else experienced this?

edit: nevermind, I found out he had hid the icon.

Default

it just means that that icon is hidden. you want to highlight that icon and hold down the alt/half moon key and click in on the trackwheel. once you do that it will give you options to show all, hide, or move the application/icon. if you highlight the messages icon, hold down on the key, and click in the wheel you will have a checkmark beside hide and show all. just click on hide to uncheck it, and it will be as good as new
