More than likely you will need to re-send your service books and do a hard reset.
I just purchased my new 7130e, and I use BIS. Yesterday, I used the Web Logon to edit my signature, and not Email Settings on my BB. Still, there didn't seem to be a problem in doing that.
With respect to version, I'm not quite sure what version you are after. Sorry for being such a newbie. Is there a tutorial somewhere that would explain the process of hard resetting my BB, and re-sending the service book?
