Attachment Problems

Hola!

I just got a cingular 7100g. Using it on the Rogers network in Canada...but I doubt that affects my attachment problem since the phone is unlocked.

I am running V.4.0.2.56 and the 'Open Attachment' option does not come up when I receive an attachment, thus I cannot open/view attachments. I am not using BES. Not luck with word, excel or jpg files?

If anyone can help it would be GREATLY appreciated :)

I am not sure? I am such a rookie with this. How can I check that? If not, where can I go to install? I tried downloading the desktop manager from blackberry.com but I use a Mac so I was not able to access it.
