Unfortunately, DL's don't sync to the BB. If the DL has an email alias address, you can enter that as a contact. For example, we have a DL named "US National Mobile Device Experts" which has the email address US [email address]. I can create a contact with the LAST NAME "US National Mobile Device Experts" (sans quotes), and give it that email address, then I can send an email to all the people in that DL from by BB. It would be nice to be able to see who's in the group on the BB, but that shouldn't be a big issue anyway. If you send an email to multiple DL email addresses this way and there are duplicates among the DL's, Exchange SHOULD weed out duplicate end users and not send multiple copies of the emails.

I agree it would be nice to be able to use true DL's on the BB, and considering the latest versions of the firmware supports "groups", this is a real mystery!

I am not entirely sure about the 7250, but the 7290 allows you to create "groups" on the device itself. Also they will sync to the desktop, however it doesn't work the other way (ie sync from desktop to device).

Thanks for the info. I'll have to give it a try. It should work on any Berry using an OS that supports Groups in the Address Book regardless of model. Of course that doesn't include Blackberry Connect which is about four years behind a true RIM Blackberry!
