Default is the 7250 on par with the Treo 650 for html browsing?

Hi, I've recently bought a Treo 650, but i have quickly discovered that 8MB of data a month is just not going to cut it, and i pay $80 a month on Bell Mobility for that, with a voice plan. If i wanted their 250MB plan, i would be paying in excess of 100 a month, which while i can afford this, i would like to be able to spend some money on other things too ;)

So I looked at the blackberry 7250 and discovered that while paying the same amount, i can have unlimited data with the same voice plan. At first my fear was that this was WAP only, but thankfully it does HTML too.

But, does it surf at the same speeds as the treo? it runs on the 1X CDMA network as well, but will the device itself load at comparable speed?
