Default Question on continuous vibration?

Please Login to Remove!

I received a brand new 8700c today. After I opened one e-mail, my Blackberry will not stop vibrating. It continues to vibrate even after powering off the device. I have tried to remove the battery and as soon as I replace the battery the vibration starts up again. However, all functions still appear to work just fine.
