I am using the 8700c on Cingular service and we are running BB Enterprise Server as well. My BB is always locking up or freezing up and i get all different kinds of error codes, such as 216, 213 and 33 for examples. I have spoken with tech support and I wiped my 8700 and loaded lastest handheld software v4.1.0.175. After the resync and all my info from outlook was applied it worked okay for a day or so but now the errors are back again. Also when i try to access either the phone or address book i sometimes receive a application was killed error. It this a desktop software issue or is it an enterprise server issue? Any help would be appreciated.

My 8700c has 4.1.0.194. Are you sure you have the current software?

V4.1.0.175 is the download package that contains V4.1.0.194 Apps package. Never understood RIMs thinking about that but. . .
