If your provider is Sprint, no. If your provider is Verizon, yes.

You must nut have searched very hard because looking on the front page of this forum would have found you these threads:

If you provider is Verizon, you are not billed for minutes, you're billed for data usage. To use your BB as a modem, you must pay a $15 tethering fee and have a data plan. Your choices for data plan are unlimited and ~10MB. The unlimited plan is the only realistic choice if you intend to actually use the service.

While I know that I do not have the experience that you have in your many 55 posts, but none of the post headers that tossed up there suggested that they were talking about price for the PAM use feature. I will give you my header with the misspelled word does not ask about price. So, my bad.

I think he is suggesting that you use the search pulldown and then go to the Advanced options. In this pane, you can choose to search within the posts. This would have generated similar results to those Zara posted.

Some of us can get touchy when we get the same question posted over and over again. That explains the response. Use the search from now on friend.

Enjoy the forums and the bberry.

Don't get an attitude champ. I simply was pointing out that even without searching there were articles right on the first page of this section about PAM, and if you had opened them and read them, you would have gotten your answer. If you follow the guide I wrote, you will be setup in a few minutes.
