Hi, I swear I searched and couldn't find an answer, so either I'm blind or stupid.
I restored my 7210 on to my 8700g (full restore, not custom: I know I'm stupid!) and I recd. an envelope for an email accnt I don't use. I can't delete it from the TMO BIS. Their PDA support couldn't help. Any ideas? It is not life or death, cos I can hide it, but it irks me .

look in your service books and delete the one that starts w/ that email address. If you remove the account from the T-Mobile BIS site it should automatically remove the service book for you

Hold ALT and click the thumbwheel on that mail icon, then select Hide.
