Hi,

On my 8700g from T-Mobile I am not able to find the setting for hiding and moving items on the home screen as described in the help files on the device. Could someone please confirm that this is the case?

If it is the case is it a way to get this setting enabled again?

Sorry if I am missing something obvious, but I am quite new to BB.

/C

Are you saying that when you have selected the app you want to hide or move on the home screen and press ALT + Trackwheel, you don't have the options to move and hide that app? Remember some can't be hidden, but all can be moved. If this is the case, try a Cold Re-Boot (battrey out, wait 15 - 30 secs, battery in) and if that doesn't work you may have to reload the OS.

Hope this helps.

Thanks! The cold reboot did the trick. Some of the apps did could not be moved or hidden until after I did that. Wonder why though?
