I cannot hear my ringtones when trying to set profiles tones or when the phone rings, or rather "doesn't ring."

I have set the profile to tone, but get no sound when a call comes. I have set the profile to vibrate + tone and only get the vibrate. It is as though my tones are muted or have been removed. I can answer the phone and talk to someone and adjust the volume fine.

Just got my phone yesterday. Ring tones worked initially. After setting up the PDA software and did my intellisync..... ring tones are gone.

Sounds like a stupid question, but I have tried checking online and in my "questionable manual" to no avail. HELP!!!!

Its a commen problem with 7100i's. Try taking your battery out and holding down the power button for 30 seconds then put the battery back in and let the phone start back up. Let me know if this helps
