I have a blackberry 8700 on Cingular. I use outlook express (not outlook), and unfortunatley it does not have memos or calendar type tools. The simplicity of Outlook Express works much better for me but I really need to use some type of basic software that allows me to enter contacts, make appiontments (basically what outlook offers) and then Sync back and forth to my Blackberry. Thannks so much for helping me with this.

All the best

Jeff

Outlook is probably your best choice since it does what you want to do and it works with the BB very well. Older version will also work so you don't need really need 2003. There are other applications that also work, but I cannot vouch for any other than Outlook.

You might search for email programs and see what you find.

Maybe you've done this already: If you open intellisync (well, that's what I'm using anyway) and then navigate to the configuration settings, you select the applications you are using for calendar, contacts, etc. Seems to me those are your software options. Maybe there are other sync applications that work with your BB, I don't know, but situation would be similar---look at your configuration option setting within the sync application.

And by the way, Outlook has worked good for me with the 7100t.

For some reason I have this vague recollection that you can't sync with express. Did you get it to work? Also as a new user be sure to pick up the tips and my site.
