Hey I have a question regarding Blackberry JDE 4.1. (which im not sure how to use... i jus read that its what i should use if i wanna format my handheld.. i jus dont know how to use it)

I have a 7100t and i wanna completely format the handheld and re-install the operating system. Can anyone give me some advice on what is the best way to go about doing this
