Before I call Tmo for help, since I changed OS and .alx file, I wanted to post here.

All my IM programs that came on the 8700g are locked up on 20% when signing on. Any ideas or help. I saw back in January that they were having problems at Tmo.

Not sure if this has anything to do with it, I cleared the cache. I double checked the sign on id and password.

If you could help, I"d appreciate it

I had the same problem on my 8700. I found that if I just powered the phone off and then powered it back on again it fixed the problem. Don't know if that will help you since you've made some changes but worth a try.

What IM programs are they? You can ask TM to resend the service books for them.
