I apologize if this has appeared before. I upgraded from a 7520 to a 7100i and I can't open attachments where I could before. I get a "document conversion eror" Operating on BES.
I have found a work around. If I open the attachment info first then request the document it will open. trying to figure out if this is a BES isseu or just the phone or the carrier.
