Ok so I couldnít live without the BB.
So after canceling the BB unlimited plan from Cingular 2 months ago.
The BB has been in my drawer at work until today.
I called up Cingular added the plan back on that line and I am all set....
So I thought...

I canít get email when I log onto the website from Cingularís site I get an odd error.
No one at Cingular will help me because of a known issue

Long story short would it help to do a factory reset on the BB?
Or do I wait for Cingular and RIM to fix the network issue then talk to the CS again.
