I just added the Blackberry data plan. How do I activate the enterprise program without being with a company that uses it? (I am a student right now). Is this the only way to access the internet?

Huh? Enterprise Activation is ONLY for customers on a BES. If you are not using BES, then simply hide the icon since you can not use it.

Ok, I was looking on the blackberry website to see how to activate the internet service. However, I do not have the WAP browser on my "destop" on the phone, and I cannot find it. How do I remove icons from the "desktop" and add others?

First thing to do is to read the Sticky Thread FAQs at the top of the General BlackBerry Discussion forum. Lots of tips and tricks there.

When your carrier adds the BlackBerry Data Plan to your account, the browser should automatically be pushed to it. If not, go into Options -> Advanced -> Host Routing Table, click the wheel and select Register Now.

To hide icons, scroll to the icon, hold down the ALT key (lower left hand corner) and press the trackwheel. A menu including the option "Hide Icon" will appear.

Hey NJ,

How does one HIDE the icon on a 7100i?

I have looked every place imaginable, and cannot hide it.

Thanks

All the icons can be hidden and moved around. The process is holding the ALT key while pushing the track wheel. You will see a couple options to choose.

On the 7100i, all can be moved, but not all can be hidden,
