Question Newbie Info??

Please Login to Remove!

Hi guys-
At the risk of getting RTFM responses, I'm going to ask a dumb question. Could someone please explain to me the difference between all the available browsers and which I should be using? Available are:
BlackBerry
Openwave (WAP)
Openwave Gateway
Microsoft IE
MS Pocket IE
Netscape

Also I'm not quite sure what options I should be looking for.. I get the feeling I'm not getting the most I could out of this device.

Thanks-
Christina

I use the Cingular WAP browser for wap sites, like the WAP version of this site, and ESPN.com, and use the Blackberry Browser with IE emulation and everything checked for just about everything else. That last one sacrifices a bit of speed, but is the closest version to a desktop browser you can get.

Wirelessly posted (BlackBerry 8700g: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/100)

I simply use the internet browser for everything! I have support HTML tables and support javascript checked and also have emulation set to microsoft ie.. No need to check everything as some pages will look funky on the 8700
