I can send email and reply to email - but cannot forward. The forwarded email does not send. I'm using BIS 2.0 and a 8700C with the T-Mobile softeware. What am I missing????

Are you receiving any errors when attempting to send? If you are getting an unlisted message error it means BIS is trying to reference materials that no longer exist on the originating mail server.

What are you trying to send? Is it forwarding a message you've received or a message you've already sent? If it's something you've received it's probably been moved off the mail server. If it's something you've sent it doesn't exist on the mail server.

Try forwarding using a different service book (assumming you have multiple accounts set up). Forward -> scroll to top of message where it says Send Using or Using and press the space bar to select a different service book.

Thank you for the intelligent response - it makes sense to me now. Thanks again.
