I'm a t-mobile user and have the redirector setup for my work email. Has been working great for about a month. However, for the last 36 hours or so it's taking about 4 hours to deliver a message to my BB. Anyone else run into this? Any quick fixes? I called T-mobile and they were their normal, useless self.

Yes. I have the same problem. It occurs more with newer versions of the desktop but it appears to be trying to contact servers that do not respond.

If you're using a corporate server, just use that rather than the redirector.

If not, try reinstalling the software.

If you look at some of the other forum parts...like the general section...you'll see that its a larger problem (I think)...most likely from RIM themselves from what I've been seeing from the threads.

The problem is bis 2.0, 1.8 working just fine
