Angry Help me_ 7100g

Hi 4rum,
I use the 7100g, Teltra
Just upgrade to v. 4.01, but after that, phone not work, :((,
Please help me how I can do, how to hart seset the phone?

i also experienced that problem.
what i did was uninstall the desktop then reinstall it again
dont forget to delete the vendor file
then when i connected my bb to the laptop and started the desktop manager, the bb handheld updated itself.

Help,
My phone now SMS good, but I cannot call. At the home screen, I can't use the keyboard to make the call. I use anther phone to this, no tone but I see the signal at the left top. Help, Help me. thanks all.

Can we hard reset the 7100g like ppc? If yes, tell me how to do that, thanks.
